Roaster's Own is a family-run specialty food brand from TIRO Distributing LLC. We make whole grain coatings, natural marinades and dry rubs for chicken, beef, pork and more — built on simple, recognizable ingredients instead of a chemistry set of fillers. No preservatives you can't say out loud, just real flavor that holds up on the grill, in the fryer, or in the smoker.

Our whole grain coating started as a way to get that crispy, craveable crunch you'd expect from a specialty pressure-fryer setup — without needing the equipment. It's become a favorite for home cooks and foodservice kitchens alike, right alongside our marinades and competition-tested rubs.
